Community Guidelines
ChatUSA works because of the people on it. When everyone treats each other with basic respect, the platform is a genuinely good place to be. These guidelines exist to protect that experience for everyone.
By using ChatUSA, you agree to follow these rules. Breaking them can result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban.
You Must Be 18 or Older
ChatUSA is an adult platform. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to use this service. If we find out you are underage, your account will be removed immediately. Do not attempt to create a new account after being banned for age violations.
Treat People with Respect
You will meet strangers on ChatUSA from all kinds of backgrounds. That is part of what makes it interesting. However, treating people poorly is not acceptable here.
Do not harass, threaten, bully, or demean other users. Do not make comments that attack someone based on their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin. One bad interaction can ruin someone's experience. Be decent.
No Sexual Content Involving Minors
This is an absolute rule with no exceptions. Any sexual content involving anyone under 18 is illegal and will result in an immediate permanent ban. We will report such activity to law enforcement and NCMEC. There is no warning. There is no second chance.
Keep It Legal
Do not use ChatUSA to do anything that is illegal under US law. This includes but is not limited to:
- Soliciting or distributing illegal drugs
- Sharing or soliciting intimate images without consent
- Making threats of violence
- Conducting fraud or financial scams
- Facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
If you see illegal activity happening on the platform, report it immediately.
No Explicit or Graphic Content
ChatUSA is not an adult content platform. Do not expose yourself or engage in sexual acts on camera. Do not share graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery. Users who do this will be removed from the platform.
No Spam or Impersonation
Do not flood chats with promotional messages, repeated links, or solicitations. Do not pretend to be someone you are not, whether that is another user, a public figure, or a ChatUSA staff member.
No Hate Speech or Extremist Content
Do not use ChatUSA to spread hateful ideologies, recruit for extremist groups, or promote violence against any group of people. This includes symbols, language, or gestures associated with hate movements.
Respect Privacy
Do not record, screenshot, or share any part of a private chat without the other person's consent. Do not share someone else's personal information without their permission, a practice known as doxxing. Both of these violate the trust that makes ChatUSA possible.
How We Enforce These Rules
Our moderation team reviews reports submitted by users. When a violation is confirmed, we take action. The level of action depends on the severity and history of the violation:
For minor or first-time violations
For repeated or moderate violations
For serious violations, including anything involving minors, threats, or illegal activity
Attempting to evade a ban by creating a new account is itself a violation and will result in further action.
